Ever since I have been with Smugmug FOR YEARS & IT HAS BEEN GREAT--- I have used "Send to Smugmug" with no major problems! I always would download the pictures from my card to the D or H Drive. Then once I went through the photos & fixed them or deleted them, I would right click on the folder & all the different commands would pop up. I'd then hit "Send to Smugmug". The "Send to Smugmug" box would pop up, I'd put that folder into the correct gallery & sub gallery, & click "upload" & once done, it would go directly to the site in the sub-category. In all, I've uploaded thousands of photos with "Send to Smugmug" & it has alway worked.

I downloaded the update & ever since -- I have had problems & I can't figure out why. I have uninstall the program, reinstalled it numerous times & even tried it on different drives. I still keep having problems & it doesn't work. The same error keeps coming up. When I click on "Send to Smugmug" a box pop up saying: "Send to SmugMug.exe - Common Language Runtime Debugging Services"  -- Application had generated an exception that could not be handled. Process id=0x6x (108), Thread id = 0x140 (320). Click OK to terminate the application. Click CANCEL to debug the application. When I click cancel ANOTHER BOX POPS-UP - Send to Smugmug.exe -- No debugger found. Registered JIT debugger is not available. An attempt to launch a JIT debugger with the following command resulted in an error code of 0x2 (2). Please check computer settings:

cordbg.exe !a 0x488

Click on retry to have the process wait while attaching a debugger manually. Click on Cancel to abort JIT debug request.

Sorry to say, I have clicked retry & cancel both & never succeeded with either. 

I have to get "Send to Smugmug" to work like it use to. I am at wits end & need to get this to work. If it doesn't work or I can't get this to work, I will not be using Smugmug. Becuase I do not upload a few photos at a time, I upload batches & with "Send to Smugmug" it has ALWAYS WORKED GREAT, until this last week & I can not get this fixed.

If you have have any suggestions please let me know!!!!  If you have any question about using Send to Smugmug, I'll tell you how good it is, this is the first major problem I have had in about 4 years so I can't complain. I just need to get this fixed back to normal

Sorry you are having problems! 

Do you by chance know what version of the .net framework you have installed?

Is there a program that can fix & repair this Framework Program or is there a way I can REDOWNLOAD it & directly to where the current program is & overwrtie the old stull? I really need to get "Send to Smugmug" working again

IT WORKED! :)

The Microsoft .Net Framework 1.1 was corrupted. I used the Windows Installer Clean Up Utility to uninstall .Net Framework -- which worked, when the Add/Remove DID NOT WORK.

I then re-downloaded re-installing .Net Framework 1.1, restarted the computer, then went to the H drive where the photos are & tried "Send to Smugmug" & IT POPPED UP WORKING LIKE IT ALWAYS HAS.

This is the first time in years I have ever had this much trouble with "Send to Smugmug" or getting photos to "Smugmug". I was almost ready to throw in the towel & switch services because nothing worked. Thank you for your help & I thank God too. Beleive me, SERVICE from SMUGMUG HAS ALWAY BEEN 110%+ EXCELLENT. Nobody can beat it & your help & service is right up with there with them.

If anyone ever has any problmes with "Send to Smugmug" ---- You might save this for backup -- because it worked when everything eles tried FAILED ---- THIS DID SOLVE THE PROBLEMS for me & I am a power-user with software. (4 hard drives & 512 programs).
