At long last, Direct Push Email for the masses (well the masses of Windows Mobile Users which is basically Microsoft employees).

Dang it! I have an IMate SP5 unlocked phone from Expansys since I'm on an old AT&T plan. I can't update my phone through any of these links..sigh.

Well, not quite right. There are loads of other people who belong to the "masses". One of them is me.

Trevin: You can load the AKU2 ROM from any manufacturer by modifying the CID of the phone. Search the modaco.com forums for a helpful guide.

On the Cingular 2125. When u get a call the left and right, softkeys, ("Answer" and "Ignore") become active and half of the time the Ignore key gets pressed taking the phone out of the case.

Does anyone know how to disable the "Ignore" key? I've searched high and low and nobody knows. This is a major design flaw on the 2125.

Last time we had the way this works described by a Microsoft employee I think the phrase we made him admit was a 'nudge and a pull' ; )

As since the device is 'pinging' the server awaiting response to signify it needs to pull, its not really push, (still a step forward though)
